About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team based in Solihull, West Midlands.

Location

Solihull, West Midlands

Responsibilities

  • Providing thoughtful leadership on assigned projects, from tender stage through to successful delivery
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders while understanding their goals and expectations
  • Mentoring and empowering project teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Managing project budgets, timescales and resources with careful attention to detail
  • Identifying creative solutions to technical and logistical challenges that arise on projects

About You

This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if:

  • You have significant experience in guiding construction projects of substantial value from pre-construction to delivery
  • You're passionate about creating supportive team environments where colleagues can thrive
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • You possess expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions
  • You hold a relevant construction qualification at Degree level or equivalent, with membership to a professional body such as CIOB/ICE
