What Our Students Say About Us
Great learning experience
An excellently run institute. From my first day to the end, I found the whole experience very worthwhile and thoroughly enjoyed it. I found the course content in Project Management very relevant to my role as an engineer, and would recommend it to anyone!
Excellent course content, presenter and preparation for the exam
We had a small class from different backgrounds; HR, IT, Sales, Product Owner. I highly recommend them and they offer considerable value add. Had a query and head of course (was not expecting it) took a short phone call out of hours so that will tell you the customer mantra. Go for it!
I found this to be an interesting course with engaging material
The presenter was engaging and kept us interacting with questions. The material was easy enough to follow, with relevant slides included. The class was small which allowed us each to ask questions and voice our thoughts without feeling intimidated and struggling to get a word in. Overall, I would recommend this course to anyone working in large teams in a commercial environment.

Find your questions answered and everything you need to know about project management courses and certifications.

What is project management, and why is it important to acquire this skill?

Project management is all about planning, organising, and overseeing the execution of a project to achieve specific goals within set limitations. It’s like being the captain of a ship, steering it towards success.

How can I assess if pursuing project management is a suitable fit for me?

If you’re wondering whether project management is the right path for you, here are some key points to consider:

  • Reflect on your interest and aptitude for leading and coordinating projects. Are you naturally drawn to organising tasks, managing deadlines, working with teams, and overseeing the completion of goals?
  • Think about any past experiences you’ve had in managing projects or leading teams, even if they were informal or outside of a professional setting. How did you handle responsibilities and achieve objectives?
