Qualifications / Requirements

  • Third-level qualification in project management or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in the field of project management, preferably in a management or leadership capacity
  • Recognised project management certification
  • Good communication abilities

  • Support for events: Participate in the organisation and planning of our numerous occasions, including conferences, workshops, and networking gatherings.

Application Submission
  • Fill out the online Lecturing Application Form.
  • Include details about your educational background, professional experience, significant projects you have managed, pertinent certifications, research and publications, and teaching philosophy in your comprehensive CV and Cover Letter, which you should upload.
Selection
  • Our selection committee will examine your application after we receive it to see if you meet IPM’s requirements.
  • If you are chosen to continue, we will get in touch with you to arrange an audition or interview.
Interview or Presentation
  • You will have the chance to present your teaching abilities and discuss your enthusiasm for project management during the interview or audition.
  • A lesson plan or presentation may be required of you in advance.
Final Decision
  • Our selection committee will ultimately decide whether to extend you an offer to work as a lecturer at IPM after the interview or audition.
  • If chosen, you will be given more details about the procedure’s next steps.
