Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio with analytic use cases
• Manage the full lifecycle of Portfolio initiatives
• Develop and deliver operational reporting, dashboards, and solutions
• Maintain a portfolio-level view of analytics efforts
• Provide comprehensive analytics support for the Strategic Accounts business unit
• Apply business intelligence to enhance portfolio performance
• Analyze Portfolio data to uncover trends and identify improvement opportunities
• Oversee Portfolio data and dashboard development projects
• Provide technical support across key analytics domains
• Mentor team members on best practices in analytics
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Communicate analytical insights in a clear, actionable manner
• Champion Portfolio data and analytics across McKesson

About You

Minimum Requirement: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business required.

• Expert in best practices in data mining & analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative problem-solving and critical thinking
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Ability to work within and contribute to a diverse & high-performing workforce

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and business intelligence skills
• Experience with business analytics or business intelligence
• Life Science, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position:

$96,100 - $160,100
