About the Opportunity

Resident Liaison and Project Coordinator (Housing Capital Projects) position available at Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive programme and project administration support
  • Support the everyday running of programmes and projects
  • Manage customer/resident liaison across multiple programmes/projects
  • Attend customer/resident liaison meetings
  • Respond to complaints and address customer dissatisfaction
  • Raise and process work orders/purchase orders and invoices
  • Oversee programmes and project timetables

About You

You will have:

  • NVQ Level 3, ONC, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in project management and investment programmes
  • Customer/resident liaison experience
  • Proactive and flexible approach

Eligibility

Full driving licence and access to a car required for home visits.
