Andy Clayton

Andy Clayton has over 30 years of experience in project and programme delivery, having worked across telecommunications, healthcare technology, and digital services. He has led large-scale initiatives globally, including the Year 2000 remediation and the reconstruction of Iraq’s telecommunications infrastructure. As a former PRINCE2 trainer, Andy has mentored and coached project managers, focusing on pragmatic approaches to structured methods like PRINCE2 and MSP. ​

Currently working as a consultant, mentor, and trainer, Andy helps organisations strengthen governance, improve delivery capability, and develop confident project leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys researching family history, travelling, and spending time with his grandchildren.​
