SmartSolutions Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our SmartSolutions Project Team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering for Maternity Leave. This is a hybrid opportunity with 1-2 days spent collaborating in our offices in Bromsgrove, the remainder from home or at Customers premises.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing SmartSolutions customer accounts
  • Provide day-to-day branch and customer support
  • Liaise with Customer, Branch, and Tech supplier
  • Ensure all desk-based implementation tasks are effectively managed
  • Identify new opportunities to increase customer stock

About You

Experience of dealing with customers and key stakeholders day to day and managing their expectations. Knowledge of M3 and Rexel customer proposition and operations. Excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills. Intermediate IT skills. Commercial awareness. Good organization, planning, and time management skills. Electrical product knowledge is advantageous. Full driving license.

Eligibility

This is a fixed-term contract to cover Maternity leave, but could lead to a full-time position.
