About The Role

This position is to serve IP Renewals China clients and handle inquiries/requests/concerns/issues to deliver services, thus securing renewals revenue and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients to have a positive experience at all stages of the renewal service
  • Dispatch of renewal reminders & invoices, credits
  • Processing of renewal instructions
  • Budget Forecast & Estimates
  • Responsible for addressing all client inquiries and providing solution
  • Contracts & Business take-on

Skills & Experience

  • 3 or 5-year experience in IP focused role essential, preferably IP renewals
  • Ability to interact and communicate with clients effectively
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Planning and organizing
  • Team Player
  • Self-starter and acts upon own initiative
  • Ability to solve problems and offer solutions
