Role: Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Senior Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for some of our key industrial builds and will play a key role in the end-to-end project lifecycle. You’ll be building strong relationships with internal TMX teams, key stakeholders, and vendors, driving impactful project outcomes that make a real difference for both our clients and TMX. Key Responsibilities

• Project Management/Project Delivery
• Collaborate with external clients to capture project requirements and prepare Project Requirement Documents
• Participate in the tender process to developers and/or contractors
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project managers, and external partners
• Set up and maintenance of the project monitoring tools and related permits
• Design management in accordance with project requirements documents and in line with client expectations
• Assist with developing construction programs
• Attend key project meetings and ensure accurate, timely reporting to both clients and TMX Project Directors
• Administration of contracts, Agreements for Lease and Leases as applicable to the project
• Align stakeholders on project objectives, deliverables, and timeframes
• Resolve planning issues and gain approvals
• Ensure training requirements are met in line with the expectations
