Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of sectional title properties
• Handle administrative duties and financial management
• Liaise with trustees and homeowners
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations
• Coordinate maintenance activities

About You

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in property management, administration, and operational oversight
• Proficiency in financial management, budget preparation, and reporting
• Experience in conflict resolution, stakeholder communication, and customer service
• Knowledge of sectional title legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience using property management software is an advantage
• Relevant qualifications in property management, business administration, or related fields are preferred
