As we continue to expand across the Asia Pacific region, externally manufactured products (EPO) play a critical role in our ability to scale, innovate, and serve our customers. This is not a traditional portfolio role. You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, supplier partnerships, and operational delivery – with real ownership of product-level profitability, supplier performance, and go-to-market execution. As our Regional EPO Portfolio Manager, you will lead and support the outsourced products portfolio across ANZ and South Asia. You will partner with commercial and category teams, external manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to drive profitable growth, mitigate risk, and ensure operational excellence. You won't just manage the portfolio – you will shape it – from make vs. buy decisions and dual sourcing strategies through to new product launches and end-of-life transitions.
University degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline (ideal but not essential with strong experience)
