Quest Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, develop, and implement Quest Project programming
  • Oversee and facilitate after-school and summer collaborations
  • Identify and develop new academic skill-building opportunities
  • Organize, schedule, and publicize program events
  • Recruit and identify eligible program participants
  • Contact school personnel and community organizations for outreach
  • Maintain accurate databases of student participation
  • Counsel and advise program participants
  • Assist with training and supervision of student employees

About You

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, social work, counseling, higher education administration, or related field
  • Experience working with middle and/or high school students
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating academic enrichment programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with underrepresented student populations
  • Experience with recruitment, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Experience with data collection and program reporting
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Benefits

Target Salary Range: $36,000 - $43,000. (Final salary offer based on qualifications and experience)

Department/Operational Area Description: Center for Pre-College Programs

We provide participants with access to educational resources, academic guidance, and enriching experiences that support college preparation, career exploration, and future planning.

Our primary goal is to increase high school graduation rates, college enrollment, and degree completion.

The Quest Project is a pre-college program designed to educate and motivate Milwaukee-area middle and high school students and their families to prepare for and pursue post-secondary education.
