eventos is a strategic consultancy specialising in the design and development of experience within events, cultural venues and public gatherings. Our work focuses on understanding how people interact with programmes and moments to create experiences that are engaging, memorable, and meaningful.
At the heart of eventos are two core dimensions: Customer Experience and Community Engagement. Through these areas, we support organisations in strengthening how audiences experience events while also ensuring that events build positive and constructive relationships with the communities that surround them.
Our work ranges from customer journey mapping and experience training to the development of community engagement strategies, stakeholder consultation, and resident communication frameworks for festivals, venues, and major public events.
As part of our continued development, eventos is placing increased focus on the growth and delivery of community engagement projects, recognising the importance of proactive dialogue, transparency and collaboration between events and the communities they impact.
The Projects and Community Engagement Planner will play a key role in supporting eventos growing portfolio of festivals, cultural venues, and major events across the UK and internationally. Our five year strategic plan is that eventos will be the premier and community engagement consultant globally for events, venues and organisations.
The role focuses on developing meaningful connections between communities that eventos occur around them, ensuring that engagement is proactive, transparent, and constructive. Working closely with the founder of eventos - community engagement strategy for all venues and projects to be written and projects developed.
Our strategy helps build relationships with stakeholders, and manage communication with residents, businesses and community groups - as well as the reputation of the venues. The role will also support the development of storytelling approaches that capture how events positively interact with the communities they sit within looking at ways of strategic support.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, building relationships, and helping organisations understand the importance of community dialogue in successful event delivery.
