Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of planning, production, engineering, HSE, quality, automation, implementation, commissioning, administration, and finance.
• Optimize resources to meet project timetables and targets.
• Work with the commercial area in negotiations with clients.
• Encourage research into technological innovations.
• Ensure operational infrastructure compliance with legal criteria and technical requirements.
• Carry out Contractual Administration and risk management of Contracts.
• Manage contracts with Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Defend and disseminate compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
• Ensure employee adherence to quality, environment, health, safety, and social responsibility standards.

About You

Profile Requirements (mandatory):

• Experience as a Project Director or Project Manager.
• Experience with road projects.
• Experience in Design & Build or EPC projects.
• Experience in Africa.
• Willingness to live in remote locations.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience working with European and LATAM contractors.
