About the Opportunity
Microvision Information Technology is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Administrative Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and assist in project coordination. This role serves as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and timely execution of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients, acting as a central point of communication.
- Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and maintain accurate records.
- Track project progress and prepare detailed reports on project activities.
- Assist in project coordination by facilitating communication, following up on deadlines, and supporting project management processes.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support across departments as required.
- Take initiative in handling additional responsibilities to support business needs.
About You
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferably in IT or service industry).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
