Project Coordinator (Up to 37 Months Temporary Opportunity)

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of complex projects within the Opal Next Generation (ONG) program
• Assist in developing project plans, coordinating project resourcing, managing budgets, and meeting reporting requirements
• Monitor and evaluate project implementation, including risk and issue management, project impact, and quality measures

About You

Criteria:

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Technology Systems Project Coordinator/Project Officer
• Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Pro-active, detail-oriented, integrity-driven, and a problem solver

Eligibility

Preferred but not essential:

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or PM certification (e.g. PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma)
• Background within the transport sector is advantageous

Benefits

These are fixed term flexible hybrid roles of approximately 28 – 34 months. 50% of your time will be office-based at Parramatta Square and/or Macquarie Park. Salary/Grade 8 – $137,511.00 - $154,055.00 + super.
