Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate will assist in site coordination, workforce allocation, documentation, and communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site visits in collaboration with the Project Lead and Scaffold Superintendent.
- Maintain and update site opening and closing documentation.
- Review and verify daily site timesheets.
- Confirm scope-of-work handovers upon job completion.
- Arrange site passes, inductions, and necessary access permissions.
- Allocate manpower and manage duty rosters as required.
- Support invoice certification and prepare documents for third-party inspections.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and maintain and monitor petty cash records.
- Coordinate supplier payment certifications.
- Handle documentation for new employees and staff returning from leave assist in trade test arrangements and confirmation for scaffolders.
- Communicate regularly with site in-charge personnel to ensure project milestones and completion targets are met.
