About the Opportunity

We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Location: Remote (Australia)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Level: Junior–Mid-Level (Coordinator) / Mid-Level (Manager)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed
  • Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow optimization
  • Track budgets, costs, and project metrics
  • Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications

About You

Requirements

  • Junior–Mid-Level / Mid-Level (0–5+ years)
  • Experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles (internships included for junior level)
  • Understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks and projects
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
