About the Opportunity
We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator / Project Manager
Location: Remote (Australia)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Level: Junior–Mid-Level (Coordinator) / Mid-Level (Manager)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed
- Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Track budgets, costs, and project metrics
- Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
About You
Requirements
- Junior–Mid-Level / Mid-Level (0–5+ years)
- Experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles (internships included for junior level)
- Understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholders

- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks and projects
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
