About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator / Manager to oversee projects in Japan. This role provides the opportunity to manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities and timelines. プロジェクト活動やスケジュールの計画・調整・管理。
• Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment. ステークホルダーやチームとのコミュニケーションを通じた調整。
• Track project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions. プロジェクト進捗の追跡、リスクの特定、解決策の提案。
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management. レポート、ドキュメント、プレゼンテーションの作成。
• Support team collaboration and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. チーム間の協力を支援し、成果物が品質基準を満たすよう管理。

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. 経営学、プロジェクトマネジメント、または関連分野の学士号.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 優れた組織力とマルチタスク能力.

Excellent communication in English; Japanese is a plus. 英語での優れたコミュニケーション力、日本語力があれば尚可.

Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, Jira). Asana、Trello、MS Project、Jiraなどのプロジェクト管理ツール経験.

PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. PMPなど同等の資格があれば尚可.
