Project Coordinator – International Operations and Development

About the Opportunity

Salary: £27,000 up to £29,500 dependent upon experience
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Security Level: BPSS
Base Location: Gatwick – 2 days per week office attendance
Visa Restrictions: This position does not offer visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Supporting project delivery and desk-based services of small sized projects
  • Administrative support and governance of projects
  • Data analysis and conducting research activities
  • Supporting the preparation of proposals, bid documentation and contracts
  • Tender monitoring and other business development support activities
  • Delivering tasks and maintaining documentation in compliance with Quality Management System
  • Support the production of management reports for senior management meetings

About You

To be considered for the role you will need to have:

  • Excellent IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with experience of working to deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability of working autonomously and using initiative
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a solution focused approach
  • Proactive approach in generating new ideas and business development
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills

Eligibility

Aviation experience or a background in a technically orientated industry
Broad understanding of the international aviation community
Understanding of project management methodologies
Familiarity with analytical tools, data interpretation, insights generation
