Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Scheduling
    • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones
    • Track project progress and update schedules regularly
    • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and documentation
  • Coordination & Communication
    • Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
    • Ensure clear communication across all parties
    • Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
    • Prepare status reports and updates for stakeholders
    • Track risks, issues, and action items
  • Resource & Task Management
    • Support allocation of resources and task assignments
    • Monitor workload and assist in resolving bottlenecks
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Identify potential risks and escalate issues promptly
    • Assist in implementing mitigation plans

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
