We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager for a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on select occasions. This individual will manage daily project logistics, coordinate schedules, handle communications between stakeholders, track progress, and ensure the smooth execution of tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills and proactive management to assist in achieving project goals aligned with the organization’s objectives.

- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model and manage tasks independently
- A background in research, technology, or AI-related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
