Following our acquisition by Dollarama — a leading global value retailer — we’re undergoing a significant transformation across our systems and operations. As part of this journey, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Technology team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across large initiatives, supporting delivery without owning full project governance
- Track progress and report on work conducted by Australian teams
- Monitor milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Support SAP migration activities and liaise with external partners including Deloitte
- Assist with documentation, communications, and project tracking tools
- Potentially take ownership of future projects as the portfolio evolves
About You
What You Will Bring
- Experience in project coordination or delivery support within IT or enterprise environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain visibility across teams
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) or large-scale technology projects
- A proactive mindset and willingness to grow into broader project ownership
