Assisting Project Manager in daily duties of projects administration, co-ordination and communication with different teamsCoordinating with different teams to monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersEnsure projects are effectively implemented as plannedCoordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completionOrganize and attend meetings and prepare meeting agenda and minutesPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requiredHandle ad hoc duties as assigned
Job requirement:Degree holder in Business Administration, Management or related disciplinesMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in project management and coordinationFinancial industry experience is preferredWell-organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing, etc)Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Local LanguageDetailed - minded, independent, able to prioritize job tasks in tight timeline & organized manner
