About the Opportunity
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the education sector and make a positive impact on secondary school students through various educational and vocational projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize learning activities/courses for secondary school students
- Liaise with secondary schools/government sectors on coordination of educational/vocational projects
- Handle projects and activities related to Corporate Social Response (CSR)
- Assist in association’s activities, including members’ activities, seminars, industry workshops, awards and competitions, annual ceremony, and charity functions
- Support pre-event logistics, on-site assistance, and post-event reporting as directed by supervisors
- Liaison with both internal and external parties on day-to-day business operations including members’ affairs
- Perform administrative duties including agenda & minutes and general clerical works
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
- Outdoor work and occasional weekend duties are required
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on events and general office experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is desirable
- Sound PC knowledge (MS Office applications & Chinese Word Processing)
- Strong initiative and multi-tasking ability are an advantage
- Good team player, service-oriented, detail-minded, well-organized with strong time management
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
