Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate schedules for security consultants
• Organize internal meetings, take minutes, and track progress
• Assist consultants with administrative tasks such as document preparation and logistics
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare client-facing materials and presentations
• Support the creation and localization of sales collateral for security consulting services
• Help track and report on consulting pipeline and engagement status
• Act as a liaison between sales, consultants, and other internal teams
• Facilitate basic client communications when needed
• Maintain and update internal systems and documentation
• Organize meetings

About You

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of Customer service experience in a global environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience within the service industry (preferred)
• Experience in Project Management support (preferred)
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and able to function in a matrix set-up
• Business level of English
• Native level of Japanese
