About the Opportunity

Project Coordinator – Bristol, CT (Fully Onsite)

Pay: $26–$33 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Fully Onsite

Reports To: Project Manager

Department: Sales Operations / Project Support

Overview

Our Client is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support their West Coast Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and their ongoing customer projects. This role is responsible for processing merchandise orders, maintaining project documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a fully onsite role in Bristol, CT, within a modern, newly renovated office environment attached to a manufacturing warehouse.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of administrative, project coordination, or related experience.

Strong data‑entry accuracy; Excel proficiency required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with construction administration, document control, or customer service is a plus.

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Salesforce.com preferred.

Ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Strong prioritization skills, especially during production meetings.

High level of teamwork, interpersonal skills, and flexibility.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).

Ability to lift files, access filing cabinets, and use a step stool as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bristol, CT.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
