Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will support projects of varying scales within different groups in the AMRC. Your responsibilities will include project coordination, management support, scoping new project work, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

About You

To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills, organizational ability, enthusiasm, customer service skills, and problem-solving capabilities. Additionally, pragmatism and the ability to consider issues from multiple perspectives are crucial.

Eligibility

This role requires the postholder to undergo a Government baseline personnel security standard (BPSS) check.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Preparing project documentation
  • Administration for project running and implementation
  • Monitoring and reporting on budgets
  • Monthly invoicing and timesheet analysis
  • Providing administrative support for Project Managers
  • Presenting project updates to management
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and in scope
  • Procurement of goods and services
  • Supporting and participating in project teams
