Responsibilities

• Coordinate team meetings and prepare supporting documentation
• Manage the calendar of business events
• Provide dedicated support to functional business partners
• Offer high-level administrative support to enable team efficiency
• Ensure activities align with program data management requirements

About You

Ideally, you have at least 4 years of experience in a coordinating role within a project-driven, technology-oriented environment. A background in Defence industry or military sustainment work is advantageous.

Eligibility

• Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software packages
• Experience in problem-solving and data analysis
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Security clearance
