One of the leading Dubai-based firms, renowned for its creative interior designs, exhibition stands, and exceptional event management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, exhibitions, and trade shows from concept to completion
  • Support on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations, setup, and breakdown
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations
  • Liaise with clients to confirm requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event logistics including booth setup, AV requirements, catering, transport, and signage

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in event coordination, exhibitions, or project management preferred.
Familiarity with local suppliers, venues, and regulations
