Portfolio Manager (Senior Asset Manager)

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading property investment and asset management organisation to appoint a Senior Asset Manager to drive performance across a high-quality commercial portfolio. This is a senior, strategic role focused on maximising asset value, income and long-term returns, while delivering an exceptional tenant experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing asset strategies to maximise income, value, and returns
• Driving leasing outcomes, including negotiation and management of agents
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
• Enhancing tenant experience and retention across the portfolio
• Managing internal and external stakeholders including property, facilities, and leasing teams
• Preparing high-quality investment papers and board-level reporting

About You

You are an experienced asset management professional with:

• 10+ years’ experience across commercial property asset management
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and performance analysis
• Proven ability to optimize asset performance and deliver returns
• Experience managing leasing strategies and stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging at executive and board level
