About the Opportunity

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of a development and transitional loan book.
  • Manage borrower relationships post‑execution.
  • Take a proactive role in managing challenged or distressed loans.
  • Produce periodic portfolio, risk and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.

About You

The ideal candidate will have 5-12+ years of experience in real estate debt funds, development finance, or related fields. Direct experience with managing real estate loans, construction monitoring, and handling distressed scenarios is required.

Eligibility

Candidates with a background in real estate debt funds, development finance, structured finance, or real estate private equity are encouraged to apply.
