Responsibilities

• Overall ownership of a portfolio of high‑complexity, high‑value studies
• Full accountability for client relationships, service delivery, and high‑quality outcomes
• Build strong, long‑term client partnerships
• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and junior team members
• Collaborate with fellow Portfolio Managers and cross‑functional teams

About You

This role requires confident judgement, adaptability, and the ability to both support and appropriately challenge Project Managers to achieve their best. Success will depend on close collaboration with fellow Portfolio Managers and cross‑functional teams to create a cohesive, high‑performing environment that consistently delivers results.

Eligibility

Qualifications And Experience Required:

• Degree level qualification
• Strong understanding of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems and their application within clinical trials
• Solid knowledge of clinical trial processes and study protocols
• Good understanding of the financial management aspects of clinical studies
• 5–10 years’ experience in IRT Project Management
• Minimum of 5 years’ operating at a senior PM level
• Demonstrated experience in account management and client relationship ownership
• Ability to travel (approximately 25%) domestic and/or international
