Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic plan to maximize distribution and marketing of suppliers in portfolio
- Provide data and analysis to VP of Portfolio Management
- Develop brand strategy using internal data, market research, and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with sales team leaders to drive marketplace activities
- Attend brand meetings, present recaps, and review goals
- Visit key accounts with sales team to market brands
- Build relationships with suppliers and act as point person on pricing
- Provide brand training to sales force
- Meet goals effectively and on time
About You
- Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
- Three plus years’ experience in wine industry marketing or sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Understanding of pricing strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
- Valid Driver’s License
Eligibility
Hybrid Work Schedule: Required in-office Tuesday–Thursday, with additional in-office attendance as needed for special meetings or business needs on non-designated days.
Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 annually
- Eligible for a bonus of 9%
