Responsibilities

• Oversight of one or more assets (site) NTT GDC Global data center portfolio
• Work with various teams to generate baseline for decision-making
• Track monthly performance, lead Task Force meetings, and monitor Improvement plan execution
• Collaborate with different teams to optimize portfolio and provide strategic recommendations
• Implement and track asset optimization projects to increase profitability
• Manage and optimize rent and lease reviews
• Develop an Asset Book and provide data-driven recommendations

About You

Knowledge & Attributes:

• Proven record in Finance with experience in reporting, accounting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Experience in commercial real estate infrastructure investment or asset management
• Strong analytical skillset and ability to work in cross-cultural and cross-functional project teams
• Proficiency in English and additional languages is an advantage
• Ability to manipulate large data sets and present insights effectively

Academic Qualifications & Certificates:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or related field
• Master’s in finance or similar professional qualification is a plus
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and software products

Eligibility

• 8+ years of relevant financial portfolio experience
• Able to work in global time zones and travel up to 10% of the time
