About the Opportunity

CACI is currently looking for a motivated, career and customer-oriented Portfolio Manager with Agile methodology experience to join our Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Land Border Integration (LBI) Integrated Traveler Initiative II.I (ITI2.1) team in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development and hardware integration for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

As a member of the ITI2.1 Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP Officers and Border Patrol agents are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.

Responsibilities

  • Support critical end user applications and work in a highly Agile environment as both a mentor and technology leader
  • Oversee daily infrastructure, systems, services, & external interfaces production ops support
  • Support internal IT, Product, and Shared Services teams with operational support issues
  • Primary interconnection between Product Teams and ITI2.1 Operations Shared Services
  • Serve as Portfolio POC for ITI2.1 Contractor facilities
  • Perform and monitor system health checks
  • Monitor services, jobs and interfaces for failures, irregularities, and performance issues

About You

You Have

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline and 7+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience
  • Experience managing work with Jira products in the context of software development and reporting across multiple teams

You Are Good At

  • Managing work with Jira products in the context of software development and reporting across multiple teams
  • Understanding traditional software development life cycle
  • Experience with a variety of technology stacks and platforms

Eligibility

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria includes, but not limited to: 3-year check for felony convictions, 1-year check for illegal drug use, 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline and 7+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience. Must be available to work a hybrid schedule with an on-site requirement in Sterling, VA.
