Responsibilities

  • Prepare activities and scheduling requests to fulfil contractual obligations
  • Assess email alerts and coordinate call out services for fault investigation
  • Create and manage work orders and tickets for field service engineers
  • Prepare technical reports and additional reports for warranty and insurance claims
  • Communicate with clients and lead client meetings
  • Manage scope of work of operation and maintenance agreements
  • Create budget and manage minor construction projects
