About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager with a background in high-frequency trading (HFT) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a high-performance portfolio in a dynamic trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an HFT portfolio with full P&L responsibility
• Evolve, optimize, and scale trading strategies
• Define risk limits, drawdown controls, and capital allocation frameworks
• Collaborate with quant, research, and engineering teams to enhance trading strategies
• Monitor live trading, react to market changes, and manage risk
• Drive strategy selection across asset classes

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Trader in an HFT/systematic trading environment, be comfortable with risk management, and have a strong understanding of market microstructure and execution models.

Eligibility

• Prior experience in HFT or prop trading
• Experience as a Portfolio Manager or readiness to step into a PM role
• Proven track record of consistent returns
• Ability to work with low-latency systems and real-time trading infrastructure
