About the Opportunity

Position: Junior Project Manager

Location: London, UK

Please note: this position will require up to 5 days per week to work from our office site in London.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the management of industry or governmental projects.
  • Coordinating and tracking project status, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Supporting clients onsite (up to 30%) and offsite to ensure client needs are met.
  • Contributing to stakeholder assessments and management activities.
  • Preparation, coordination, roll-out, and reporting of projects.
  • Supporting internal process definition and implementation.
  • Helping maintain the internal knowledge management database.
  • Oversight of lessons learned and improvement activities.
  • Supporting process compliance and quality assurance.

About You

Experience and Qualification

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Must have been a continuous resident of the United Kingdom for 5 or more years.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, aerospace, mobility, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Project certification is a plus (e.g., Prince2 or equivalent).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new topics, businesses, and environments.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
  • Good understanding of efficient interface communication and management.
  • Client-focused mindset.
  • Experience managing government projects or start-up projects is a plus.
