About the Opportunity
Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator
Location: Singapore
Reporting to: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling: Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and monitoring progress against key milestones.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update project folders, including contracts, technical drawings, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for sub-contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Resource Coordination: Monitor resource allocation (manpower and materials) and alert the Project Manager of any potential shortages or delays.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and presentation slides for stakeholder meetings.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate project meetings, site visits (if applicable), and ensure all compliance and safety permits are in order.
About You
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or Monday.com).
- Familiarity with Gantt Charts and project lifecycles.
Soft Skills:
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Essential for managing project documentation and schedules.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to coordinate with diverse teams in Singapore.
