About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support our IT project management team in Singapore. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating IT projects from initiation to completion
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for management
- Support risk management and issue resolution during project execution
- Organize and document project meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Monitor resource allocation and project budgets
- Maintain project management tools and databases for accurate reporting
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in IT project management
About You
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, IT project management, or related roles
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
