About the Opportunity

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of PMO / HR Project Manager / Project Coordinator based in Singapore, with the option for partial remote work. The individual in this role will oversee program planning and execution, manage stakeholder relationships, allocate budgets and resources, and provide team coordination and leadership. Additionally, responsibilities include ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in alignment with organizational objectives.

About You

Strong Program Management and Budgeting skills to plan, oversee, and allocate resources effectively for various projects. Skilled in Stakeholder Management, building relationships, and maintaining effective communication with diverse groups. Excellent Team Leadership abilities and experience with driving collaborative projects in cross-functional environments. Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data, evaluate project outcomes, and support decision-making processes. Ability to manage risks and assess opportunities for continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines. Familiarity with HR practices, and experience in managing HR or community-focused projects is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
