About the Opportunity

AGPAL Group has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Education Project Coordinator. We are a not-for-profit organisation with clients and contractors across Australia. We support healthcare organisations in their quality improvement journey and train qualified contractors to assess organisations against various Frameworks. The Education and Innovation team at AGPAL focuses on developing resources to support healthcare accreditation, training, and quality improvement services supplied by AGPAL and QIP.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities for multiple education and training projects, ensuring that project objectives and deliverables are met within the agreed time frame, scope, and budget constraints
  • Coordinate the design and development of education and training programs for clients according to Contracts
  • Support the department's business development strategy with client retention and attraction by developing draft tenders and grants proposal in a timely manner

About You

Familiarity with project management approach and tools, specifically ASANA. Familiarity with project management methodology, specifically ADDIE and Agile. Willingness to take on coordinating roles working with the team and provide leadership to the project plan. Have practical knowledge of and experience with education and training programs, including eLearning. Demonstrated experience with designing and developing multi-modal presentations, i.e. webinars, PowerPoint, eLearning, face-to-face. Demonstrated experience in the education and training environment, especially the coordination and development of education and training resources and programs. 1-2 years of experience in education and training coordination. Familiarity with videoconferencing, video streaming, audio and video recording equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Degree or qualification in Adult Education, Learning Designer, Online Learning or Project Management (preferred).
