You will possess 10+ years’ experience working on Civil Engineering and Rail infrastructure projects, along with project management and project delivery experience. NEC Accreditation is preferred. Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, good communication skills, and willingness to work collaboratively are essential. Tertiary qualifications in a related field and appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card are required.
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development is desirable. Strong commercial and financial acumen, leadership and management experience, and knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations are assets.
