As an Associate Director, Strategy and Portfolio Manager, you will act as the Japan ePlan reporting representative and play a crucial role in project and resource data reporting for portfolio analysis and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project governance bodies and meetings in R&D
  • Develop and maintain project progress tracking model
  • Conduct FTE capacity analysis and reporting
  • Partner with global and local teams for stakeholder engagement

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in project or functional management in pharmaceutical R&D, with the ability to deliver outcomes under ambiguity and complexity. Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.

Eligibility

Professional project management certification and/or diploma (PMP) or business management certification and/or diploma are required. Experience in compliance with legal legislation and industry standards is also necessary.
