About the Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of SME customers promoting general banking services, cash management, loans, and other banking products
  • Achieve various business targets
  • Develop and maintain cordial customer relationships and provide quality customer services
  • Conduct regular and effective account reviews and enhance existing relationships via cross-selling
  • Manage CDD risk, monitor suspicious behavior, and take appropriate action in compliance with established policy and guidelines to protect the Bank’s interest

About You

Requirements include a University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, minimum of 2 years of sales experience, strong self-motivation, ability to communicate effectively, high level of customer centricity mindset, proficiency in both English and Chinese, and professional qualifications.

Eligibility

The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
