Upon completion of this course, you will achieve the following learning outcomes:
At the end of the course, participants will complete a certification exam consisting of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) designed to test their ability to apply Agile project management principles. The exam focuses on scenario-based challenges to assess practical understanding.
Preparation materials, including quizzes and a question bank, are provided throughout the course to ensure participants are fully ready for the exam.
There are no prerequisites to apply for the IPMA Agile® competence-based certification, and both exam and certification fees are included. This qualification evaluates your Agile project management competence in the areas of Practice, People, and Perspective. The course content is structured to help you develop and validate these skills to international standards.
Enrolment in this programme includes 12 months’ complimentary access to IPM Membership, supporting continued professional development beyond Agile certification.
