Introducing Fabiano de Lima as Head of Training at IPM

Background

Fabiano currently serves as the Director of IT Program Management at UBS, where he has experience in managing complex programs and projects across various sectors. His extensive portfolio includes overseeing projects in regulatory reporting, travel industry initiatives, IT infrastructure development, and major events such as the Olympic Games and Pan American Games. His proven ability to lead teams, deliver innovative technological solutions, and meet strict budget and timeline constraints makes him a natural fit for his new role at IPM.

Fabiano's arsenal of skills is truly impressive, reflecting his dedication to continuous growth and self-improvement. His proficiency spans cover program and project management, PMO implementation, business transformation, IT governance, agile project management, and much more. Notably, Fabiano's mastery extends to critical domains such as SAP implementation, software development, IT advisory, and strategic IT planning.
