Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of strategic digital projects within the Digital Clinical Services Division.
Manage projects using the Trust’s programme management framework.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and corporate teams to embed scalable digital solutions.
Set project objectives, define scope and deliverables, manage risks and issues, and maintain reporting and governance.

About You

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Digital Clinical Services Division for a Digital & Transformation Project Manager on a permanent contract basis. We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated but also enjoys working in a team. In addition to project management skills, they will need to be able to deliver change, lead through influence, and rethink established practice.

Eligibility

Education/Qualifications:
Essential criteria:

Higher education qualification / masters in management (e.g. DMS), or relevant equivalent experience.
PRINCE2™ or AMP Practitioner / equivalent Project Management qualification.

Knowledge & Experience:
Essential criteria:

Project management experience managing multiple complex projects within the NHS or a comparable large organisation.
Experience in delivering digital, administrative, or IT programmes in a healthcare setting.
Proven experience of managing major transformational change projects to a successful conclusion.
Working knowledge of a clinical operations environment.
