Reecha Singh is the Head of Sales/Growth at the Institute of Project Management (IPM), where she leads the organisation’s commercial function, driving business growth and commercial excellence initiatives. With over a decade and a half of experience spanning sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, and business strategy, she has worked across startups and established organisations to drive sustainable growth, build high-performing teams, and develop customer-centric commercial strategies. Having also founded and scaled her own venture, Reecha brings a unique entrepreneurial perspective to solving business challenges and identifying growth opportunities.

At IPM, she focuses on building and leading teams that support organisations and professionals in identifying the right learning pathways and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
