Roberto Castillejo

Roberto is the PMO & People Manager at IPM and an independent consultant, with over 15 years of hands-on experience leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. He was accountable for air logistic operations and budget planning during his tenure with the Peruvian Air Force.

​He is highly skilled in strategic, tactical, and operational planning and has played a key role in multinational and governmental initiatives, building consensus and engaging stakeholders in the delivery of social assistance programmes.​
