Bridgette Dresner

Bridgette is a transformation expert and C-suite advisor in project management and global PMO leadership. With a multi-disciplinary background as an accountant, audit assurance partner, and GRC specialist, she has led high-impact initiatives across the Financial service and Legal sectors, while supporting FinTech and Legal Tech initiatives.  Her experiences range from delivering complex, multi‑market programmes, building and leading global PMOs, establishing governance and delivery standards, to providing assurance on programmes and developing turnaround strategies to recover project performance.  ​

She has lectured at the University of Cape Town business school, created bespoke project management methodologies for hybrid modelled companies, and provided training and support within the profession for over 28 years. ​
